The demographics for that area are bikers and farmers. A great combo for the plate average of $19.95 minus the booze. We even have a designated parking slots for bikers! We had a VIP party two days before the opening , kind of like a training session for the new foodies and neebees. Went well. Had me some chocolate martinis and almost starting doing my 'coyote ugle' routine on top of the bar! Damn, should of worn my azz kicking boots and done some line dancing.......heeheheh.
