My company offers many services to enhance businesses in the food and hospitality industry, henceforth the name, Dara Does It-Creative Solutions for the Food Industry.

Services include: public relations, marketing, food styling, freelance writing, cookbook compilation, contract sales, product developement, product and cooking demonstrations.

Also known as Dining Dish, I write a food blog as well as a e-newsletter distributed to foodies, food professionals and the media under that same name.

My work is diverse so one day I can be in an open field acting as Steven Raichlen's personal assistant while he films his next TV series, promoting tsp spices to cooking schools or promoting restaurants the likes of Sotto Sopra or Pazza Luna with blogs and newsletters.
