My friends and I do a Kobe Beef burger 1/2# with carmelized onions, Gorganzola cheese, Nuskie Bacon and Foie Gras.
Call the cardiologist. We did that twice for Paul Kirk in Portland and he loved it!

Daly has once again proven two things we already knew:

1) There's more common sense in Chicago than on both coasts combined.
2) One day the country tilted on its axis, and all the loose nuts and bolts rolled down to San Francisco.

One of my favorite Chicago restaurants (Hot Doug's) was one of the first to get cited for serving Foie Gras (I love them for that).
