Worked fast casual, casual dining, bar and upscale casual dining before morphing myself and my career with a national hot-concept. Worked expansion world-wide before assisting with buy-out conversion. Wanted a different take on hospitality so I splintered out on my own in 2002...current focus: team and executive coaching, small to medium sized concepts.

My experiences in hospitality have provided opportunities for me to Climb Mt. Fuji, dive the Great Barrier Reef, Hike Volcano National Park and splunk (is that even a word) in Budapest, and meet my husband...4 continents, 16 countries, 46 US states and one baby girl later, life is still an adventure and getting better every day!

My husband Christian and I live in Mpls, MN with our daughter Alysia and our two cats golden & taz!

Add up their ages and it's 60, which is how I feel. Scary.

New baby at home keeps me busy about every minute I am not working, she is a blast. Other than that coaching clients and consulting projects are non stop. One cool thing is a recipe spec book that combines cost which is fun and seems to help my client. SO...Tell me about this Perfect Beer class - sounds cool!
