Hello Chefs & all those who eat- & all those in "the Finer Things Club" I've been asked this....I work for Earthy Delights.We provide the best chefs all over the country ..Fresh Morels, porcini caviar, cheeses,foie gras, hearts of palm, squashblossoms ...over 2000 very cool ingredients!
I am thrilled to be in a group that appreciates the finer things!
